Based on the current rate of signups, I would guess that we could be looking at a early February start time. If you want to start sooner, you can help by inviting your friends. All you have to do is go into your user settings control panel and click on invite. You can then enter an email and an optional message. If you visit our site from a mobile device, you'll find its very easy to view! The design is optimized mainly for iPhone and iPod Touch users, but it will display well on any mobile device. We have a waiting list for those who just didn't quite get in in time! Lots of people have been asking about how to get assigned to a team. In the Nike forums I had announced that I would be giving away an iPod case once there were no open positions in the WRL. So, now that we're full, I needed to find a winner. In case you saw, we did indeed pull the site down over the weekend in an attempt to ready the WRL for season 4. We've finished most of it, so look out for an email in the near future with team details! Hopefully it looks ok to everyone. Also, in case you haven't noticed, we've got a new favicon (the little image at the top of your browser next to the page title). Also, there are some new graphics for the iPhone app (it will be out VERY soon, I promise!) thanks to zepols_68! So be sure to thank him when you see him around! http://worldrunningleague.com/blog.php Updates! There have been a lot of exciting changes going on around here at the WRL! While some of them are not necessarily visible to everyone, they do increase the performance of the website. We certainly hope that you enjoy these new features and can use them! So, I am starting a beta feature group for the World Running League. Beta users will have exclusive access to new features that are still in the works. The Help Desk is aimed at helping you find an answer to your question as fast as possible. We've created a Knowledge Base so that you can try and find an answer to your question there first. If you can't find an answer, just submit a support ticket and we will attempt to answer your question as soon as possible! The knowledge base is small right now, but we will be working hard to expand it as much as possible. Yeah, I know its been a long time since the last post... Anyways, I've decided to try and keep you all updated on some of the updates that I have been rolling out. So, here we go! The following are the most recent changes:
  1. No more accidental replacements due to missing mileage. This bug has been cleared up and some major changes are currently being phased in, to prevent anything similar from happening again.
  2. Auto-fill login - if your browser supports it, the login form now has the ability to autofill your login details
